Hi Griff and Kay, Thanks for your comment. Poor Bali, it has changed a lot, Managed to stay away from most of the “rot”. Still a beautiful island just the same. Currently playing a waiting game as parts have to come from Germany. Meeting lots of crazy Indonesian bikers and getting a few things organised. Hopefully my ride will continue next week and I can continue upright. All the best. Love Pete

Sorry to hear Ubud and surrounds were so congested. Not sure why you would head to Kuta. It is way to far gone with Aussie tourists on cheap holidays, getting sunburned and drunk and spending on loads of cheap junk.
Haircut looks pretty cool. Never seen you with such short hair! Impressive you still have so much of it, and you’ve got less grey hair than most blokes my age! Then there is the white beard though… can’t deny your age completely. Still, I don’t know many 70 year olds up for what you are undertaking.
Hope the forecast heavy rains and floods in Java and Sumatra don’t catch up with you.
